Welcome to ukpostcodes.org. By installing our HubSpot application and using our services, you are agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept them as simple as possible to ensure you understand your rights and our obligations.

ukpostcodes.org provides a HubSpot integration designed to validate, format, and enrich UK postcode data within your HubSpot CRM.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy using official UK data sources, we cannot guarantee that every postcode or address returned is perfectly up-to-date or error-free.

  • Modifications: We may update the app’s features or functionality from time to time to improve performance or comply with data standards.

2. Use of Data

To provide the service, our app requires permission to access specific areas of your HubSpot portal (e.g., Contacts, Companies, or Deals).

  • Processing: We only process the data necessary to perform the postcode lookup.

  • Storage: We do not store your CRM’s customer data on our servers beyond the temporary period required to complete the API request.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with UK GDPR and your own privacy policy.

3. User Obligations

By using ukpostcodes.org, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to “scrape” or mass-export our underlying database for use outside of the HubSpot integration.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the application.

4. Fees and Payments

If you are using a paid version of the app:

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a [Monthly/Annual] basis.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the application from your HubSpot portal.
