Set up UK postcode lookup in HubSpot

Connect the app to your HubSpot portal, map your address fields, and start saving accurate UK addresses in a few minutes. Here is the full walkthrough.

Install from HubSpot

Click Install on HubSpot, choose the portal you want to connect, and approve the requested CRM scopes. You are redirected back to UKPostcodes when the connection is complete.

Start your subscription

Pick the £19/month plan and complete checkout. One subscription covers your whole portal with unlimited searches and unlimited users.

Complete your profile

Open your profile to confirm which HubSpot properties each address field maps to - building, street, town, county and postcode.

Look up an address

Open any contact or company, click the Simple Postcode Lookup card, search a postcode, pick the match and save.

Mapping your address fields

Each lookup returns the building/sub-building, street, town/locality, county and postcode. Map these to the HubSpot properties you already use - or create custom properties - so the data lands exactly where your reports and workflows expect it.

Royal Mail PAF accuracy

Addresses come from Royal Mail Postcode Address File data, so every saved record is accurate and deliverable - improving mail delivery, segmentation and reporting across your CRM.

Which HubSpot permissions (scopes) are required?
The app needs read and write access to contacts and companies so it can read the record you are on and write the selected address back. No other data is accessed.
Can I change which HubSpot fields the address is saved to?
Yes. In your UKPostcodes profile you can map each part of the address (building, street, town, county, postcode) to any standard or custom HubSpot property.
The lookup card is not showing on my record - what do I check?
Make sure the install completed for the correct portal, that your subscription is active, and that you are viewing a contact or company record. A quick page refresh in HubSpot usually surfaces a newly installed card.
Do I need to install it for each user?
No. Install once per HubSpot portal and every team member can use it - there are no per-seat charges.
